The return policy comes in because you might receiving goods that out of your expectation. In Hush A Buy, we want you to shop with peace of mind.
Please notify us in 24 hours if you wish to return/exchange your goods, failed to do so will be not entertained.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition with the original accessories and document if there is any.
The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Hush A Buy will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Goods has to send back to us in 5 daysupon return approval.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund to store credit within 5 working day after the confirmation.
Due to hygiene issue, sanitary pads, nipple shield, breast shield, nursing bra, handsfree bra, nursing pads, and intimates items (all item that has direct contact to nipple or private parts) are strictly NOT returnable.
Return Shipping Fees:
1) Wrong Size/Change of Mind - Return postage pay by customer. (RM10 will be imposed to you for resending the goods to you)
2) Product under expectation - Return postage pay by customer. (RM10 will be imposed to you for resending the goods to you)
3) Wrong products sent by us - Return postage pay by Hush A Buy (Both send back and resend)
4) Goods damage - Return postage pay by customer. (RM10 will be imposed to you for resending the goods to you)
**Major damages need to report to courier company in 24 Hours upon you received the parcel. And we will be assisting you for the claim from courier company.
In any other circumstances on Parcel status:
Parcel Lost:
Hush A Buy will NOT be held responsible for goods lost in transit. You can opt to purchase insurance cover for goods in transit. However, parcel lost can be claimed from courier company. And we will be assisting you for the claim from courier company.
Parcel Damaged:
Hush A Buy will NOT be held any responsible for goods damaged in transit. However, minor damages,scractches,leaking, we will compensate you with a discount code if you are willing to keep the product. Or you may proceed to report to courier company directly within 24 hours upon goods received for the full claim.
Unclaimed Parcel:
For parcel that return back to Hush A Buy due to unclaimed from customer, you need to bear the parcel re-send postage. (RM8)
